He helped us find and secure our new home quickly. When it came to the sale of our current home we had one task and that was for it to sell quickly with as little showings as possible. Dylan was able to research the market, set our house price so it was appealing and we ended up selling conditionally within 8 hours of listing! This by far exceeded our expectations. If I could give Dylan 10 stars I would. My husband and I are an elderly couple, and at first we did have reservations about working with an agent as young as Dylan. He has done such an amazing job for us that we don't even look at his age anymore. Dylan's personality shines with friendliness, but he is also extremely professional. Every time we meet with him we're guaranteed to learn something new about the kind of house we're looking for, but we also end up having a good laugh with him. I cannot stress enough that we couldn't of chosen a better agent to look after us and our multiple questions, which are always answered quickly and with complete clarity.
