I met Dylan at an open house before my husband was even ready to sell or buy another house. Dylan was very personable and seemed like an honest hard working realtor. We interviewed other realtors but did not connect with them as we did with him. He helped convince my husband we needed to make the move. We looked at many houses and finally found a beautiful home that fit our families needs. Dylan worked hard to sell our house which alleviated a lot of pressure as we bought before selling. My husband and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great realtor!

Dylan is a great realtor, we are so glad he was the one to help us find our first home. He is on the ball, always ready to book a showing or to answer any questions. When we found the home we wanted to buy it was a Sunday afternoon, and Dylan had it locked in under asking price by 7 pm that evening(not to mention the house was just listed that same weekend)!

If I could give Dylan 10 stars I would. My husband and I are an elderly couple, and at first we did have reservations about working with an agent as young as Dylan. He has done such an amazing job for us that we don't even look at his age anymore. Dylan's personality shines with friendliness, but he is also extremely professional. Every time we meet with him we're guaranteed to learn something new about the kind of house we're looking for, but we also end up having a good laugh with him. I cannot stress enough that we couldn't of chosen a better agent to look after us and our multiple questions, which are always answered quickly and with complete clarity.

Dylan had a challenging task finding us a large family home for our 5 growing children. He not only succeeded but found us a great home under asking price. Throughout the process buying/selling Dylan was patient, knowledgeable, and always available for great advice. We are very excited to move into our new home with more space. I would highly recommend Dylan Cherry to any friends and family searching for a home. My girlfriend and I met Dylan at an open house on a complete whim and expressed that we were very early on in the buying stages, only just beginning to look. Dylan set us up on an e-mail list with specific search criteria so that we could keep an eye on what was current on the market. Dylan would follow up with us every couple of weeks until we were ready to sign and begin to seriously look for our first home. 

Dylan was fantastic throughout the experience, very patient, and very flexible with setting up private home viewings for us.

Dylan is a solid realtor with a great commitment to professionalism. He took the time to clearly understand our expectations/wants and was able to provide good realistic feedback. For us, we liked that he was committed to getting the job done in a timely manner.
