I would highly recommend Dylan Cherry to any friends and family searching for a home. My girlfriend and I met Dylan at an open house on a complete whim and expressed that we were very early on in the buying stages, only just beginning to look. Dylan set us up on an e-mail list with specific search criteria so that we could keep an eye on what was current on the market. Dylan would follow up with us every couple of weeks until we were ready to sign and begin to seriously look for our first home. 

Dylan was fantastic throughout the experience, very patient, and very flexible with setting up private home viewings for us.

He is extremely professional, but also so friendly and down-to-earth that he makes you feel at ease with everything that is going on. Dylan sold my house for me a few months ago. At the time I was confl...icted about selling as I had lived in the house for over forty years. I spoke with quite a few realtors from various brokerages and areas. I stumbled across Dylan coaching my grandson's hockey team and agreed to give him a try while openly expressing my concern about his youth. Dylan proved my reservations to be groundless. He set about finding me a place to live as I waffled. He spent countless hours showing many, many properties to me until I settled.
