Working with Dylan to find our perfect first home was such a great experiene! From viewing homes all over Durham to meeting up in short notice, we have no complaints. Dylan is very easy to communicate with and understood exactly what we were looking for from the beginning. I would highly recommend Dylan Cherry to any friends and family searching for a home. My girlfriend and I met Dylan at an open house on a complete whim and expressed that we were very early on in the buying stages, only just beginning to look. Dylan set us up on an e-mail list with specific search criteria so that we could keep an eye on what was current on the market. Dylan would follow up with us every couple of weeks until we were ready to sign and begin to seriously look for our first home. 

Dylan was fantastic throughout the experience, very patient, and very flexible with setting up private home viewings for us.
After a couple of months, we found a home and went in on the offer. Dylan was very thorough and helpful and did a great job of keeping my calm when the panic was setting in, as details of the deal were still being finalized to the last minute.

If I could give Dylan 10 stars I would. My husband and I are an elderly couple, and at first we did have reservations about working with an agent as young as Dylan. He has done such an amazing job for us that we don't even look at his age anymore. Dylan's personality shines with friendliness, but he is also extremely professional. Every time we meet with him we're guaranteed to learn something new about the kind of house we're looking for, but we also end up having a good laugh with him. I cannot stress enough that we couldn't of chosen a better agent to look after us and our multiple questions, which are always answered quickly and with complete clarity.

Dylan is a great realtor, we are so glad he was the one to help us find our first home. He is on the ball, always ready to book a showing or to answer any questions. When we found the home we wanted to buy it was a Sunday afternoon, and Dylan had it locked in under asking price by 7 pm that evening(not to mention the house was just listed that same weekend)! 
Overall Dylan is great to work with, and we plan to use him for all our future real estate needs. Highly recommended!

We were lucky enough to meet Dylan at an Open House before we had found an agent to work with. We were so impressed with him we called him to come and meet with us and talk about what he could do for our homes. Dylan blew us away with his presentation and we signed up with him the next day. Since signing with Dylan he has constantly been available for any questions we have, responds to all texts and phone calls within minutes. He is extremely professional, but also so friendly and down-to-earth that he makes you feel at ease with everything that is going on. He sold my parents home for a record price on their street, and is now in the process of selling my home. We couldn't of asked for a better person to represent us and our family. Don’t let Dylan’s age deter you from choosing him to be your agent. He knows what he’s doing, he has a wealth of information, and in our case has become part of our extended family.
