If I could give Dylan 10 stars I would. My husband and I are an elderly couple, and at first we did have reservations about working with an agent as young as Dylan. He has done such an amazing job for us that we don't even look at his age anymore. Dylan's personality shines with friendliness, but he is also extremely professional. Every time we meet with him we're guaranteed to learn something new about the kind of house we're looking for, but we also end up having a good laugh with him. I cannot stress enough that we couldn't of chosen a better agent to look after us and our multiple questions, which are always answered quickly and with complete clarity.

Dylan sold my house for me a few months ago. At the time I was confl...icted about selling as I had lived in the house for over forty years. I spoke with quite a few realtors from various brokerages and areas. I stumbled across Dylan coaching my grandson's hockey team and agreed to give him a try while openly expressing my concern about his youth. Dylan proved my reservations to be groundless. He set about finding me a place to live as I waffled. He spent countless hours showing many, many properties to me until I settled. On the basis of his professionalism and hard work he won me over and I entrusted my listing to him. He made sure I understood what he intended to do and together we agreed on a plan. Everything he promised, he delivered and I ended up getting well above asking. After closing he has stayed around and made sure that any problem I encountered was looked after. I have no reservations in recommending him regardless of age. He has proven to be enthusiastic and capable....professional and friendly.
 

We were lucky enough to meet Dylan at an Open House before we had found an agent to work with. We were so impressed with him we called him to come and meet with us and talk about what he could do for our homes. Dylan blew us away with his presentation and we signed up with him the next day. Since signing with Dylan he has constantly been available for any questions we have, responds to all texts and phone calls within minutes. He is extremely professional, but also so friendly and down-to-earth that he makes you feel at ease with everything that is going on. He sold my parents home for a record price on their street, and is now in the process of selling my home. We couldn't of asked for a better person to represent us and our family. Don’t let Dylan’s age deter you from choosing him to be your agent. He knows what he’s doing, he has a wealth of information, and in our case has become part of our extended family.

Being first time home buyers we expected a world of stress but Dylan made sure the exact opposite happened. We put our trust in Dylan and he found us the perfect home with ease. Our experience with Dylan was nothing short of amazing and we look forward to working with him in all our future purchases. You can tell a lot about a person by the way they treat you when they have nothing to gain. That's what I think about when Dylan comes to mind, and it’s the reason I chose him. I can't say enough good things about Dylan! He was patient when I needed it and also responsive when I needed it. He made my home-purchase experience a really great one!!
