If I could give Dylan 10 stars I would. My husband and I are an elderly couple, and at first we did have reservations about working with an agent as young as Dylan. He has done such an amazing job for us that we don't even look at his age anymore. Dylan's personality shines with friendliness, but he is also extremely professional. Every time we meet with him we're guaranteed to learn something new about the kind of house we're looking for, but we also end up having a good laugh with him. I cannot stress enough that we couldn't of chosen a better agent to look after us and our multiple questions, which are always answered quickly and with complete clarity.

I met Dylan at an open house before my husband was even ready to sell or buy another house. Dylan was very personable and seemed like an honest hard working realtor. We interviewed other realtors but did not connect with them as we did with him. He helped convince my husband we needed to make the move. We looked at many houses and finally found a beautiful home that fit our families needs. Dylan worked hard to sell our house which alleviated a lot of pressure as we bought before selling. My husband and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great realtor!

I would highly recommend Dylan Cherry to any friends and family searching for a home. My girlfriend and I met Dylan at an open house on a complete whim and expressed that we were very early on in the buying stages, only just beginning to look. Dylan set us up on an e-mail list with specific search criteria so that we could keep an eye on what was current on the market. Dylan would follow up with us every couple of weeks until we were ready to sign and begin to seriously look for our first home. 

Dylan was fantastic throughout the experience, very patient, and very flexible with setting up private home viewings for us.
After a couple of months, we found a home and went in on the offer. Dylan was very thorough and helpful and did a great job of keeping my calm when the panic was setting in, as details of the deal were still being finalized to the last minute.

We had never sold a house before and the whole process seemed daunting with a new baby, a dog and a cat. We had been up and down about putting our house on the market and finding a new home. We had contacted Dylan and he went above and beyond to make sure we were ready for the whole selling and buying process. He was always available to provide more information on homes, take us on countless house tours, and answer any questions we presented him with. There was never a time he wasn’t available to help. He helped us find and secure our new home quickly. When it came to the sale of our current home we had one task and that was for it to sell quickly with as little showings as possible. Dylan was able to research the market, set our house price so it was appealing and we ended up selling conditionally within 8 hours of listing! This by far exceeded our expectations. We are glad the whole process is done. And we would highly recommend Dylan to anyone who is looking to purchase or sell a home!
