We were lucky enough to meet Dylan at an Open House before we had found an agent to work with. We were so impressed with him we called him to come and meet with us and talk about what he could do for our homes. Dylan blew us away with his presentation and we signed up with him the next day. Since signing with Dylan he has constantly been available for any questions we have, responds to all texts and phone calls within minutes. He is extremely professional, but also so friendly and down-to-earth that he makes you feel at ease with everything that is going on. He sold my parents home for a record price on their street, and is now in the process of selling my home. We couldn't of asked for a better person to represent us and our family. We had never sold a house before and the whole process seemed daunting with a new baby, a dog and a cat. We had been up and down about putting our house on the market and finding a new home. Dylan was able to research the market, set our house price so it was appealing and we ended up selling conditionally within 8 hours of listing! This by far exceeded our expectations. Dylan sold my house for me a few months ago. At the time I was confl...icted about selling as I had lived in the house for over forty years. I spoke with quite a few realtors from various brokerages and areas. I stumbled across Dylan coaching my grandson's hockey team and agreed to give him a try while openly expressing my concern about his youth. Dylan proved my reservations to be groundless.
